Product Description

DMT is an equipment which belongs to the plastic technologies developed by Engin Plast. This type of volumetric dosing systems is used to process homogeneous blends of plastic or natural materials in form of pellets and grinded, by dosing volumetrically each single component.

APPLICATION

DMT is a versatile equipment that can be directly installed above the process machine in place of the feeding hopper, or on the ground for feeding the other machines.

In DMT the process cycle starts from the continuous volumetric dosage of the materials. The dosed materials are subsequently blended in a mixer which is specifically studied for guarantee an homogeneous blend suitable for feeding the next process. A high-performance microprocessor controls the process.
